Jaramillo's Latin Dance

Our instructors is qualified to teach all types of Latin dance. Our programs are designed to exercise, relieve stress, enjoy and of course learn to dance. We try through dancing to stimulate the mood, love life and harmony of each individual.

We try to make each individual to leave a sedentary lifestyle and in exchange to learn to dance Latin rhythms like salsa Caleña, salsa online, bachata, and merengue.

Our students will develop ability and physical skills, thereby improving physical fitness, increase the strength of their muscles, and bones harden to have a better stretch.
Because dance is a cardiovascular exercise, it better your blood circulation and it also correct your posture while sitting and walking. Your emotional and social development will increase due to confidence and security that develop in the dance practice. 

Learning fast movements will help you to download the adrenaline and thus be released from accumulated tension and stress, helping the performance in activities of each individual.
