About Jaramillo's Latin Dance Jaramillo's Latin Dance Academy was founded in 2005 to rescue and promote Latin American culture in our community. Under the leadership of Cesar Jaramillo (Owner), the academy is dedicated to the development of local arts and entertainment. Our main focus is to share culture between the Latino community and other local ethnic groups. This company is the result of the dedication and entrepreneurship of Cesar Jaramillo, a young entrepreneur who saw the dance an excellent way to create a company adding to their artistic skills as an excellent example of the Colombian folklore. The school initially started as a partnership between Cesar Jaramillo and Marcelo Dorantes for the sole purpose of teaching Colombian folklore dance in a small venue in the area of Greenville South Carolina. Gradually the courses were complemented by other artistic expressions from Latin rhythms. MISSION Our mission is to promote and to rescue the Latin American culture in our community, to achieve high self-esteem through our personal development program in our aspiring models, and to emphasize and respect the artistic skills and social values of our community, thus contributing the development and welfare of it. VISION By 2015 Being the Latin American dance school with cultural space forming professional dancers with efficiency and quality. Continuing being the leader at large events pleasing both cultures American and Hispanic markets.
